Stellwagen Blend™

Stellwagen Blend™  is inspired by the famous ocean sanctuary area named for the hydrographer who first mapped the bank back in 1854-1855. An area with a heritage as rich as New England itself, the Bank has its share of precious marine life as well the the remains of many tragic shipwrecks. We roasted this bean just into "second crack" of the roast process, exploiting the subtle notes of crisp fruit and caramel flavor a fully washed bean blend of this origin can produce. We believe the end result pays homage the rich heritage of the great Stellwagen.
