Named and blended to best capture the essence of the largest expanse of undeveloped land on Nantucket, the Middle Moors are held under the Nantucket Conservation Foundation and represent 3,220 acres of land including the areas of Altar Rock, The Serengeti, and The Pout Ponds.
Our tea is a delicious, thoughtful blend of sweet and comforting Organic peppermint mint with sweet and well structured Organic Spearmint to deliver a unique cool and refreshing hot or iced beverage. Egyptian Spearmint and Peppermint are world renowned for their high essential oil content, vibrant color and exceptional aromatic purity. Traditional sun-drying and modern oil-retention processing methods help preserve the brilliant green hue and powerful fragrance of the cut-and-sifted (c/s) leaves. This blend is a great expression of those inherent characteristics.
